Didn’t vibe with it? It’s cool.

You’ve got 24 hours after your order arrives to request a return.

Just make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and packed like it came — we’ll sort the rest.

Refunds take up to 7 working days to hit your account.

Exchange

Wrong size? Changed your mind?

We do exchanges within 24 hours too.

Once we get your piece back, the swap takes around 3–5 working days.

It’s gotta be fresh — no signs of wear, no missing packaging.

If what you want’s sold out, we can’t promise a swap, but we’ll find a fix.

Shipping

We don’t play with delays — expect your order in 2–5 working days.

Our courier will try to deliver 3 times, and they’ll hit you up each time.

Can’t reach you after that? Your order’s coming back to us.

You’ll get a tracking link by SMS once it’s on the way.
